Enrol in topics
You’re almost there. You’ve nearly finished your onboarding at Flinders! Now it's time to enrol in topics and register for classes in the Student System.
Before continuing, check that you have:
read your course rule
reviewed your study planner
applied for credit for previous study and/or work experience (if applicable).
It's important that you keep track of the critical enrolment dates every semester. You can find more details on the following pages.
Enrolment varies from course to course. Some courses will automatically select topics for you. Other courses may require you to choose topics from a list in the Student System.
If you need to choose your topics, watch the video How to manage my course for step-by-step instructions.
Follow the steps below to start enrolling.
Tip: Have your course rule and study planner with you when you go to enrol.
Courses may be made up of core, elective and option topics. You should refer to your course rule in Handbook for details about which topics to enrol in. You should also refer to your study planner, which will include the core topics you must complete and, if applicable, sections for electives and option topics topics.
